Buying property in Turkey is very simple.

At this stage, you are only required to give a copy of your passport and two photographs.

Then you make a payment according to the payment schedule clearly defined in the agreement.

Upon this payment, the proceedings at the Title-Deeds Office are initiated by us.

The owner of the property/seller will prepare an application form , a copy of the property legal papers, together with the copy of your passport and send them to the Army Headquarters in

A TAPU 

A TAPU is an official document which shows you have ownership rights over the real estate. The owner's full name and photograph, and detailed information on the asset appear on this document. 

The TAPU has to be sealed with a stamp in the central part at the bottom and this section has to be signed by a TAPU officer. 

The picture of all owners are to be suffixed to the top-right of the TAPU, it has to be sealed with a stamp and signed by the TAPU
